Our tale is one of taste and tradition, in baking the finest and most authentic of delights. And a secret recipe, baked to perfection by our renowned chefs.
With only the finest of local ingredients, our signature pastry has 120 layers. It’s those thinnest of crispy filaments that make our flaky pastries taste so good.

My story started many decades ago as an apprentice chef in Hong Kong, learning from the great masters of Dim Sum. There was no shortcuts to developing the skills or any manual to read about the process — it was all in the twinkle of their eye.
Luckily for me they saw my passion, and took me under their wing. I learned their secrets step-by-step. They even recommended me to work in a five star restaurant in Shanghai. I perfected what I had learnt and developed my own recipes, fine-tuning my technique.
Coming to Singapore, I saw the opportunity to bring my unique baking style to the market. I worked hard with passion, love and finesse, and today I am very proud of Leung Sang, and how far we have come. But there is still much to do, many new recipes to develop and many hungry Singaporeans to share in the unique flavours of our traditional fare.
